3. Wearing the wrong bra

If you chose the wrong type or size of your bra, you may feel constant pain or discomfort. The bra shouldn’t evoke a feeling of wanting to take it off.

How to find a perfect bra:

Your bra shouldn’t dig into your sides. The nipples should be about halfway between your shoulders and elbows.

When you try on bras or if you change band sizes, you also have to change cup sizes.

Straps shouldn’t be too tight and dig into your shoulders.

Check that the fabric of the cups is smooth and that the edges lie flat against your chest.
